This role operates on a 7-on/7-off schedule, with shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, offering a balanced work-life integration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee technician staff and ensure accuracy in order verification and product distribution.
  • Manage clinical documentation and support operational needs of the central pharmacy.
  • Provide expert support by answering clinical questions from nurses and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

  • Valid RPh licensure in North Carolina.
  • Hospital experience and experience overseeing the work of technicians are essential.
  • Preferred experience includes Cerner, Vigilanz, Emergency Department Experience, and 3rd shift familiarity.
  • ACLS certification is a plus for those interested in working in the Emergency Department.

Working Hours

  • 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM (7 on 7 off schedule, including weekends).
