Job Responsibilities
- Perform suture removal, diagnose and treat illnesses
- Order and interpret tests, assist in surgeries
- Write prescriptions and coordinate patient care
- Conduct pre-op physical exams and patient rounding
- Intraoperative 1st assisting and removal of dialysis catheters
Qualifications
- Active NY State License
- NCCPA or ANCC/AANP certified, NP must have RNFA
- BLS, ACLS certifications required
- Minimum experience in vascular and/or cardiac surgery
- Ability to work autonomously with supervising surgeon present
Working Hours
- Full-time availability required, willingness for variable shifts including days, nights, evenings, and weekends
- Call schedule: 1-2 days/week, emergency overnight on-call duty
