Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
- Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain pharmacy records, including prescription information and inventory updates.
- Monitor patient profiles and medication regimens for safety and effectiveness.
- Advise healthcare professionals on pharmacological treatments and drug therapies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience working in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

- Experience with pharmacy management systems.
