Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain pharmacy records, including prescription information and inventory updates.
• Monitor patient profiles and medication regimens for safety and effectiveness.
• Advise healthcare professionals on pharmacological treatments and drug therapies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience working in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Experience with pharmacy management systems.
