Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-operative assessments to ascertain patients' medical history and allergies.
• Develop anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthetics as necessary during surgical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after anesthesia.
• Manage and treat anesthesia-related complications or emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide post-operative care and pain management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology.
• Advanced knowledge in administering various anesthetic agents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and patient interaction.
• Ability to make fast decisions and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Documented experience in anesthesiology across a range of surgeries and patient demographics.

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered state medical license.
• Certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proven competency in regional and general anesthesia techniques.
• Willingness to adapt to different clinical environments.
