We are seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist to provide part-time consultation services in Brooklyn, New York. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with consistent clinic hours, focusing on cardiovascular medicine consultations for adult patients.
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate
- Location: Brooklyn, New York
- Schedule: 16 hours per month (4 hours per week)
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding holidays)
- Travel stipends can be discussed directly with the facility for non-local candidates
- Schedule to be mutually agreed upon between provider and facility

Job Responsibilities
- Provide cardiovascular consultation services to adult in-patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment for conditions related to the heart, lungs, and blood vessels
- Interpret EKGs and provide clear, concise consultation reports per CMS standards
- Collaborate with Kingsboro PC prescribers and clinic personnel
- Participate in required trainings and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- Board Certified in Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (or subspecialty such as Cardiovascular Disease or Interventional Cardiology)
- Active or eligible New York medical license
- English proficiency; bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Working Hours
- 16 hours per month (4 hours per week)
- Weekdays only, between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling to be determined with facility
