Job Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care to various departments, including ICU, labor and delivery, medical/surgical, and emergency.
- Work independently, especially during weekends.
- Utilize Meditech for processing and maintaining medication orders.
- Support medication management and optimization for inpatient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of current hospital experience.
- Previous critical access hospital and travel experience preferred.
- Experience with Meditech and Omnicell highly preferred.
- Active New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (can apply at time of offer).
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 7:00/7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
- Every 3rd weekend: Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
