Job Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients across various hospital departments.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and maintain medication safety standards.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to optimize patient care and medication management.
- Utilize Meditech and Omnicell systems to manage medication orders and inventory.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required; previous Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred.
- Meditech and Omnicell experience highly preferred.
- Previous travel experience is a plus.
- Current New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (can apply at time of offer).
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Must live 50+ miles from the facility.

- Monday–Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
