Job Responsibilities
- Perform urological assessments, manage clinic patients, and provide surgical interventions when needed.
- Conduct cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation procedures, and work within the EPIC EMR system.
- Collaborate with a team of three RNs and one CNA for optimal patient care.
- Manage a patient load of 15-20 scheduled per day, including 2-3 in-clinic procedures.
- Cover 3-4 surgeries on scheduled days and manage emergent cases as necessary.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Urology preferred, Board Eligible within 5 years of residency acceptable.
- Must possess a North Dakota medical license or eligibility.
- DEA license in good standing required.
- Submission of case logs and completed credentialing application necessary prior to start.
Working Hours
- Night and weekend call; expected coverage includes holding pager on call and providing necessary consults or procedures.
- Average callback ranges from 1-5 hours, as needed beyond gratis hours.

- Proficiency in urological procedures including cystoscopies.
- Effective use of EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
