Job Responsibilities
– Provide call coverage for the facility
– Handle admissions, approximately 1 per day
– Care for ICU patients, approximately 1 per day
– Document care using Epic EMR
– Collaborate with RN support staff to deliver quality patient care

Qualifications
– Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years of residency in Neurological Surgery
– State License (IMLC accepted with LOQ in hand)
– BLS and DEA required
– Preferred: Clean malpractice history

Working Hours
– 24-hour call shifts, including some holiday shifts

Skills
– Strong ability to work in a fast-paced trauma setting
– Expertise in managing a varied caseload including ICU admissions
– Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Epic
