Job Responsibilities

• Provide emergent GYN procedures and some OB procedures as necessary.
• Cover call shifts for one week per month, with a requirement of consecutive shifts.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in OB/GYN required
• Valid BLS certification
• Comfortable handling emergent GYN patient scenarios
• Not required to handle deliveries or NICU responsibilities

Working Hours

• Scheduled for 7-day call shifts, 24 hours from Sunday AM to Sunday AM

Skills

• Proficiency in laparoscopic diagnostic/minor surgical procedures
• Ability to perform major operative gynecology, such as ectopic pregnancy and cystectomy
