You will work in an outpatient clinic, offering comprehensive care and management of radiation oncology patients, including specialized treatments. This position requires coverage one week per month with no nighttime, evening, or weekend call.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee approximately 25 patients receiving treatment per day, including IMRT, SBRT, 3D-CRT, and SRS using a Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator.
- Conduct patient consultations and follow-ups, averaging 5-10 clinic patients per day.
- Perform treatment planning using Varian Aria/Eclipse software.
- Collaborate with onsite physics and remote dosimetry teams.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
- Valid MN license preferred; able to obtain temporary credentials for a clean file
- BLS certification required
- Proficient in External Beam Therapy, specifically with Linear Accelerators, Rapid Arc/VMAT, and Electrons
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No call outside of clinic hours
Skills
- Expertise in Conventional and Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
- Experience with Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and Stereotactic techniques
- Proficiency in conventional treatment planning, beam shaping, and advanced imaging techniques like PET CT or MRI Image Fusion
- Participation in clinical trials and hyperaltered fractionation preferred
