Join our team of anesthesia professionals at a high-standard healthcare facility in Duluth, MN. We are seeking a dedicated anesthesiologist to provide comprehensive anesthetic care in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role offers flexible shifts, including 8-10 hour days with call options, and requires full-week coverage one to two times per month. Enjoy working within an excellent physician-led model alongside a supportive CRNA group and daily anesthesia assistants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for a variety of surgeries, including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, and more.
  • Supervise CRNAs and collaborate with anesthesia assistants.
  • Manage post-operative pain through advanced techniques.
  • Evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Anesthesiology
  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Experience with general, spinal, and regional anesthesia techniques
  • Proficiency in managing complex cases and trauma

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, 8-10 hours, days with call options available

Skills

  • General, spinal, and epidural anesthesia
  • Pediatric and neonatal anesthesia experience
  • Advanced pain management techniques
  • Proficient in central and arterial line placement
  • CRNA supervision and effective team collaboration
