Job Responsibilities

• Conduct vancomycin, aminoglycoside, and anticoagulant dosing
• Perform pain consultation services
• Oversee medication verification
• Supervise technicians compounding sterile IVs, checking pyxis, managing first doses, and emergency med boxes

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited pharmacy school
• Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO
• Preferred: ACLS/BLS certifications and NICU experience
