Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medication management, including vancomycin, aminoglycoside, and anticoagulant dosing.
- Perform supervisory responsibilities over pharmacy technicians in sterile compounding, Pyxis checking, and medication verification.
- Engage in pain consultations and collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient care.
- Utilize advanced pharmacy equipment such as Dose Edge, Pyxis, and Pak Edge, and manage medications through EMR – Meditech.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School.
- Licensed to practice Pharmacy in Missouri.
- Preferred experience in NICU settings.
- Certification in ACLS and BLS is advantageous.
