Job Responsibilities
– Manage and monitor medication therapy for adverse effects and outcomes.
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement drug therapy plans.
– Prepare and dispense chemotherapy and other hazardous drugs.
– Maintain accurate records of all medication dispensed and utilized.
Qualifications
– Active RPh license
– Chemo/Hazardous Drug and IV Certification required
– Minimum of 1-year inpatient or acute care experience required
– Open to first-time travelers
Working Hours
– Nights, 7 on, 7 off (Wednesday – Tuesday)
