Job Responsibilities
– Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients.
– Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure.
– Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures.
– Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
– Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase.
– Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and anesthesia records.
– Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards.
– Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed.
Qualifications
– Board Certified CRNA.
– Active Michigan license.
– Clean background and recent NPDB self-query.
– ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
– Minimum of 1-year CRNA experience required.
– No job gaps.
Working Hours
– 32-40 hours per week, scheduled in 8 or 10-hour shifts.
– No on-call duties; strictly scheduled shifts.
