Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to provide inpatient care in a hospital-based Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This role involves delivering comprehensive and autonomous care for adult patients in the CVICU. The assignment offers flexible 12-hour shifts, providing options for day, night, or swing shifts to fit your schedule preferences. No on-call duties are required, and this opportunity is in the city of Clinton Township, Michigan.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage post-operative cardiovascular surgery patients
- Perform advanced cardiovascular monitoring
- Provide autonomous care for adult CVICU patients
Qualifications
- Board Certified (AANP or NCPA)
- Michigan License (Required)
- Acute Care trained and certified (Required)
- Self-Query NPDB (required at the time of presentation)
- BLS/ACLS (Preferred)
Working Hours
- Flexible 12-hour shifts with options for day, night, or swing shifts
- No on-call duties required
- Weekend shifts as needed

- Proficient in the use of Epic EMR for documentation
- Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular care and patient management
