Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-call coverage for hand surgery cases
- Respond to trauma calls and perform necessary procedures
- Engage in clinic consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits as scheduled
- Participate in hand-related and general plastic surgery procedures
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Orthopedic, Plastic, or General Surgery
- Fellowship in Hand Surgery completed
- Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain one
- BLS and ACLS certification highly preferred
- Recent NPDB self-query required
Working Hours
- Approximately 10 days per month, 24-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
