Job Responsibilities
– Provide evidence-based evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, including prescribing medications and psychotherapeutic interventions.
– Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans and provide crisis intervention.
– Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.
– Collaborate with the care team to optimize treatment plans and coordinate with external stakeholders, including family members and case managers.

Qualifications
– 1+ years of inpatient psychiatry experience
– Board certification and PMHNP certification required
– Licensed or able to obtain a license in Massachusetts with controlled substance authorization
– Experience with vulnerable populations and substance abuse
– Commitment to non-stigmatizing, inclusive care

– Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
