Job Responsibilities
- Verify medication orders
- Oversee compounding personnel
- Escalate operational issues to the manager on-call when necessary
- Operate Pak-Edge software and machinery for unit dosing medications
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist registered in the state of Massachusetts
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Must provide two recent Manager/Supervisor references
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
- Familiarity with Pyxis automatic dispensing cabinet
- Flu vaccine required during season
