– OnCall: 2 nights per week, 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
– Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend, Friday (5:00 PM) – Monday (8:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive care to adult oncology and hematology patients
– Conduct consultations and follow-ups, averaging 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consults
– Manage cases in both outpatient and inpatient settings

Qualifications
– Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
– Completed Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
– Hold or be eligible for a Kentucky State License
– COVID-19 Vaccination required
– BLS and ACLS certifications required
– Required experience with intrathecal chemotherapy; intracavitary chemotherapy preferred
– Mandatory Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation

Working Hours
– Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
– OnCall coverage as specified
– Weekend coverage every other weekend
