Schedule Details:
– Patient Contact Hours: 36
– Clinic Hours: 07:30-17:00
– Clinic Days: Monday to Friday
– On Call: Participation in call schedule required

Coverage Details:
– Inpatient coverage in Des Moines
– Clinic coverage in Clive
– Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
– Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
– Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3
– Medical Imaging and Lab/Pharmacy services available in building

Clinic Details:
– Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more patients
– Appointment Length: 15 minutes
– Patient Population: Central Iowa, including Boone County, Indianola, and Pleasant Hill
– Teaching Opportunity: Yes
– EMR System: EPIC

Submission Requirements:
– Board Certified
– Active IA License or Active IMLC
– Full-time availability
