Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurological surgery services, including cranial and spine procedures.
- Manage trauma and neurocritical conditions efficiently.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Neuro-Ortho surgery team and utilize an APP for all cases.
- Utilize EMR (Epic) system for electronic documentation.
Qualifications
- Board Certified (ABNS) or Board Eligible
- Valid IA License or IMLC/LOQ
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS, ATLS
- Experience with adult and trauma neurosurgery cases
- Proficiency in spinal, lumbar, and thoracic instrumentation
Working Hours
- 24-hour call shifts covering 7-8 consecutive days/nights
Skills
- Expertise in performing advanced neurosurgical procedures, including cranial burr holes, ICP monitoring, tumor removal, and trauma repair.
- Proficient in managing and interpreting ICP and CPP data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to handle neurocritical care and manage emergency cases independently.
