Job Responsibilities
– Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
– Provide medication management and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
– Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care outcomes.
– Maintain accurate records and manage pharmacy inventory.

Qualifications
– Required Certifications: BLS
– Must possess a valid pharmacist license for practice.
– Experience working with the Cerner Corporation Millennium charting system preferred.

Working Hours
– Monday through Friday with rotating hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
– Potential weekend rotation as part of shift coverage.
