Job Responsibilities
– Perform sterile compounding and manage dosing of medications like Vancomycin and Aminoglycoside.
– Utilize Meditech and Pyxis systems for accurate medication management.
– Collaborate with a dedicated team and participate in continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications
– Experience with sterile compounding and dosing protocols.
– Proficiency in Meditech is required.
– Preferred experience in trauma and burn care settings.
– Familiarity with Dose Edge and Vigilanz experience is a plus.

Working Hours
– Rotating shifts with 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off.
– Expected to work every other weekend and some holidays in rotation with the hospital staff.
