Job Responsibilities
– Conduct independent patient evaluations and document care plans
– Manage chemotherapy treatment and associated toxicities
– Perform new patient evaluations in benign and malignant hematology
– Prescribe chemotherapy with appropriate certification
– Conduct bone marrow biopsies
Qualifications
– Active CT license
– Board Certification (BC)
– ONS chemotherapy certification
– Basic Life Support (BLS)
– Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
– DEA certification
