Job Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate patients and document plans of care
- Manage chemotherapy toxicities and conduct some new patient evaluations
- Prescribe and manage chemotherapy medications
- Perform bone marrow biopsies
Qualifications
- Active CT license
- Board Certified (BC)
- ONS chemotherapy certification
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA certified
- Proficient in Epic EMR
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 4×10-hour shifts
Skills
- Strong knowledge of oncology and hematology patient care
- Experience with outpatient hematology and chemotherapy prescribing
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with support staff
- Excellent patient management and documentation skills
