Job Responsibilities
– Independently evaluate and document patient plans of care
– Conduct new patient evaluations in benign and malignant hematology
– Manage chemotherapy toxicities and prescribe chemotherapy
– Perform bone marrow biopsies

Qualifications
– Active CT license
– Board Certified
– ONS chemotherapy certification, BLS, ACLS
– DEA license
– Experienced with outpatient hematology

Working Hours
– Four 10-hour shifts per week

Skills
– Experience with chemotherapy prescribing and managing toxicities
– Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
– Strong teamwork and communication abilities
