Job Responsibilities
- Order verification and medication final verification
- Perform clinical dosing per established guidelines
- Document clinical tasks in Vigilanz software
- Collaborate with various departments such as critical care, emergency, and oncology
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months acute care hospital pharmacist experience
- Active Colorado pharmacist license
- Preferred: ACLS & BLS certification, Residency PGY1, inpatient pharmacy experience
