Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurological surgery coverage during weekend call periods
- Deliver surgical interventions for trauma and complex adult neurosurgery cases
- Manage critical care and post-operative recovery for neurosurgical patients
- Collaborate with a team of six neurosurgeons and utilize 12 operating rooms
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
- Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain upon acceptance
- Active ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and ATLS certifications required
- Fellowship training highly preferred
- Proficient in spinal instrumentation
- COVID-19 vaccinated
Working Hours
- Call duty starting Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM
- Every weekend commitment required
