Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oncology pharmacy services.
- Oversee daily chemotherapy dispensing in the infusion room.
- Participate in cancer center projects and manage therapy plans.
- Coordinate with the Cancer Center research program for clinical trials.
- Attend oncology patient rounds and relevant center committees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or Pharm.D from an ACPE accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital experience as a licensed Pharmacist.
- BLS certification required.
- Preferably a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCOP).
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts

- Proficiency with EPIC and Beacon systems.
- Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
- Ability to coordinate and manage pharmacy projects effectively.
- Experience in handling hypersensitivity reactions and dose adjustments.
