Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct mammography, MRI breast, and various breast procedures.
  • Manage an average daily case load that includes screening mammograms, diagnostics, MRIs, and biopsies.
  • Collaborate with a team of radiologists and support staff, including mammography and ultrasound technologists.
  • Utilize EMR systems like Powerscribe, EPIC, and Hologic effectively.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (ABR or AOBR).
  • Active California medical license required.
  • Breast Imaging Fellowship highly preferred.
  • BLS certification highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Coverage required during specified dates of October, November, and December.

Skills

  • Expertise in breast imaging and related procedures.
  • Proficiency in using EMR systems like Powerscribe, EPIC, and Hologic.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborative work with the radiology team and support staff.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently during peak periods.
