We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a focus on hematology and oncology care for a full-time locum tenens position. The role involves delivering expert care within a state-of-the-art infusion center and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the entire patient journey. This position offers a standard work schedule for a full-time role with an immediate start.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expert hematology and oncology patient care.
  • Utilize co-located infusion center for treatment delivery.
  • Collaborate with nurse navigators, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ensure a supportive patient journey from diagnosis through survivorship.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program required.
  • Active CA license required.
  • Active BLS and DEA preferred.
  • Clean medical practice history and background required.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology treatment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
