Job Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Oversee patient care and lead the multidisciplinary team
- Manage challenging behaviors with appropriate interventions
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with a completed CAP fellowship
- Experience with psychiatric medications and therapeutic interventions for children
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
Working Hours
- Monday/Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with night call
- Weekends: Rounding starting at 8:00 AM followed by on-call duties
