Job Responsibilities
- Perform low/moderate risk procedures, including laceration repair, IV access, and fracture reductions
- Conduct high-risk procedures, such as G-tube placements, intubations, and line placements
- Support trauma surgeon on call with patient monitoring, management, and discharge
- Collaborate with trauma Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Qualifications
- NCCPA or ANCC Certified
- Active California license; PA-C must have CA CSEC and DEA
- ATLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- Experience in trauma settings, specifically pediatric trauma
Working Hours
- August 8–10, Night Shifts (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
