Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services
- Conduct hospital consults with collaboration for patient admissions when needed
- Oversee all aspects of diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment of oncology and hematology patients
- Manage MD oversight for the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services
- Remain onsite for all treatments at the Infusion Center
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- CA License required
- Fellowship and DEA certification required
- ACLS required if requesting Moderate Sedation Privileges
- Must provide a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
- Excellent diagnostic and patient management skills in oncology/hematology
- Strong interpersonal abilities to manage patient and staff interactions effectively
