The facility is seeking a licensed PM&R or BC provider for a Medical Director role with experience in Inpatient Rehab.

• This is a Medical Director position for an 18-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit.
• EMR systems used are ProTouch and ProDoc.
• The unit has been newly renovated, covering 5,698 square feet, with 18 semi-private rooms.
• The program is staffed for a target average daily census of 10 and is planning for future growth opportunities.
• Duties will include some night and weekend call.
• Admission targets are 25% internal and 75% external.
• MD onboarding includes training with various teams such as Quality, Operations, Business Development, and HIM to ensure a successful startup and ongoing systems knowledge, with the support of an MD mentor.
• Does your facility require physicians to be board-certified? Yes.
• Minimum board certification required.
• Expedited privileges are available for providers with a clean history.
