Job Responsibilities
- Verify and fill orders for medications
- Monitor patient medication therapies

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred
- Pharmacist license in the state of practice required
- At least one year of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- BLS certification required
Working Hours
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 4 x 10-hour shifts
- Rotating days, including weekends
- Call required, up to half of the scheduled shifts
