Job Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and distribute medication orders complying with regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure medication therapy is effective and follows best therapeutic practices.
- Manage daily medication utilization reports and quality assurance procedures.
- Participate in pharmacy-related tasks such as clinical rounds and medication management activities.
- Expedite changes to meet standards, regulations, and cost savings.
- Collaborate on medication procurement and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
- Graduate of a school of pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: Preferred
- One year of technical experience: Preferred
- Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with Epic

- 7 on/7 off; Day Shift 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
