Job Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum of 18 patient encounters per shift
• Ensure chart closure is completed within 72 hours
• Provide chronic pain management
• Maintain comprehensive patient panel management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar panel management setting
• Experience with chronic pain management
• Active DEA license required before start
• Board Certification or Board Eligible (within 5 years since residency)

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Open to 10-hour shifts

Skills

• Proficient in managing a diverse patient population including pediatrics and adults
