Qualifications
– Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
– Active DEA required before start
– BLS certification is required
– Must meet all immunization requirements for credentialing

Working Hours
– Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
– Ongoing assignment with a 30-day notice for termination of the assignment
