Job Responsibilities
- Chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounter
- Manage a minimum of 18 patient encounters per day
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services, focusing on patient panel management and chronic pain management
Qualifications
- Active DEA before the start date
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar setting
- Board certification or board eligibility is required
- Required certifications: BLS and PALS
- Completion of immunization requirements before starting, including Flu Vaccine, TB status/x-ray results, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster titers or complete immunization series, and Tdap
