Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all retail pharmaceutical services, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Compound and dispense medications, review prescriptions for accuracy, and determine necessary formulas and ingredients.
- Direct pharmacy staff in packaging and labeling pharmaceuticals.
- Maintain procedures for quality assurance and security of controlled substances.
- Engage with patients regarding customer service and program integrations.
- Manage and resolve third-party Rx system issues promptly, and report prescription errors immediately.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Current BLS Certification and Certified Immunizer
- Recent inpatient experience (within the last 3 years)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
