– Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 shifts ranging from 8:00 AM or 11:00 AM start, including 1-2 evening shifts per week
– Patient Population: All Ages
– Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Responsibilities
– Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking community members
– Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient encounters
– Collaborate with a robust support staff, including Medical Assistants, RNs, LVNs, and Behavioral Health professionals
– Manage a caseload of approximately 18 patients per day

Qualifications
– Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Eligible considered)
– Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting
– Fluent in Spanish or proficient in medical Spanish strongly preferred
– Current BLS, ACLS certifications, and a valid California medical license
– Clean malpractice history preferred

Working Hours
– Typical work schedule with shifts starting between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, including evening shifts

– Proficiency in Epic EMR and patient management
– Strong communication skills, especially in Spanish
– Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
