Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to an average of 25 patients per day
- Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC, for patient documentation and management
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure effective patient scheduling
- Engage with a diverse pediatric patient demographic in a socioeconomically challenged community
Qualifications
- Active CA medical license and DEA certification
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics within 5 years of residency
- BLS certification required
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applicable after 9 hours
- No on-call responsibilities
Skills
- Proficient in EPIC or general EMR systems
- Preferred skills in EKG interpretation and suturing minor lacerations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multilingual settings
