Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patients.
- Maintain chart closure within 72 hours of patient visits.
- Perform well-woman care and preferred procedures such as IUD insertion/removal.
- Ensure all patient encounters reach a minimum of 18 per day.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
- Active DEA license prior to the start date.
- Completion of required immunizations and tests as per the credentialing process.
- Acceptable candidates may be MD or DO with BE considered if less than 5 years since residency.

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
