Job Responsibilities
– Ensure accurate and efficient distribution of pharmaceuticals
– Collaborate with physicians on drug and dosing guidance
– Educate nursing staff, patients, and physicians regarding medications
– Drive medication safety initiatives
– Manage patient profiles and report adverse drug reactions
– Mix IV admixtures and nutritional supplements
– Maintain narcotic accountability

Qualifications
– ACLS and BLS certifications
– Arizona Pharmacist License
– Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient acute hospital experience
– Experience with sterile compounding
– Preferred: Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency

Working Hours
– 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Wednesday to Tuesday
