Job Responsibilities
– Provide a comprehensive pharmacy and medication management service to a diverse patient population.
– Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures to deliver consistent quality of care.
– Oversee pharmacy operations and manage a team of pharmacy professionals.
– Develop and analyze clinical programs to maintain the highest quality of care.

Qualifications
– Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
– Current valid and unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
– Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
– Minimum two years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist and one year as a Clinical Pharmacist.
– Fingerprinting requirement must be submitted and cleared prior to starting.
