Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
- Offer direct patient care services across multiple patient demographics
- Manage pharmacy-based clinics and analyze clinical pharmacy services
- Administer policies and procedures aligning with the facility's mission, vision, and values
- Supervise professional and non-professional pharmacy staff
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
- Current valid and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist
- Minimum one year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
