Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day staffing and workflow of the outpatient pharmacy
- Ensure compliance with outpatient pharmacy standards
- Serve as a front-line pharmacist providing medication management services
- Act as liaison between staff and supervisor
- Provide technical and administrative guidance to pharmacy staff
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BS-Pharm) degree with 3 years of experience
- Current and unrestricted pharmacy license in a U.S. state or territory
- BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience in an inpatient setting and knowledge of pharmaceutical practices
