Job Responsibilities
- Direct, manage, and supervise daily administrative pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality service.
- Develop and monitor operational and financial outcome measures.
- Implement and evaluate departmental policies and procedures.
- Assess program effectiveness and facilitate continuous process improvement.
- Develop and supervise staff through feedback and HR policies.
- Manage computerized dispensing systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management for cost-effectiveness.

- Prepare progress reports and participate in quality assurance programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
- One-year residency (PGY1) preferred.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience, with two years in management.
- Current and valid state Pharmacy license required, Arizona license preferred.
- BLS certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
