Job Responsibilities
– Direct and supervise daily operations to ensure quality service delivery
– Develop outcome measures and integrate them into Quality Improvement systems
– Assess and improve program service effectiveness
– Supervise staff and facilitate professional growth
– Manage computer-based information and dispensing system for efficiency
– Oversee purchasing and inventory for timely pharmaceutical provision
– Participate in orientation, training, and quality assurance programs
Qualifications
– Five years of professional experience, including two years of management
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
– Current and valid state Pharmacy license
– BLS certification within 30 days of hire
– Previous hospital and ER experience
