Job Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and supervise daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop operational and financial outcome measures and integrate into Quality Improvement systems
• Evaluate and improve departmental policies and procedures
• Supervise staff, providing feedback and facilitating professional growth
• Implement efficient computer-based information and dispensing systems
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability of pharmaceuticals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including one year of residency
• Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience
• Current and valid state Pharmacy license, required
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience in a hospital setting, both inpatient and outpatient, is preferred
